Mr. Ravi Goyal is a visionary & entrepreneur par excellence. After a brief stint as an engineer with DCM Computers, Ravi established AGS India with just 4 persons in 1992, marketing computer-aided textile designing software for Computer Design Inc, USA. He established AGS in 2002 partnering with Wincor Nixdorf for the Banking Industry and later expanded to cover Retail & Post. He has the uncanny knack of bringing the right products at the right time thus establishing a lead with the first mover advantage in the industry.

He systematically sets about to consolidate the new business with various services and solutions that make a formidable entry deterrent to any competition. He is also a person with great charisma, honesty and trust that attracts both the customers and employees to him. Under his leadership, today AGS has established itself as the leader in 'transforming touch-points' business in the country with business of Rs. 3.4 billion.

Mr V.C. Gupte is an M.Sc. in Colour Physics and has done a course in Advanced Colour Technology from Rensaeller Polytechnic Institute, New York, USA.

He has over 37 years of work experience in colour application in various colour industries. He worked in various capacities in reputed organisations like Wool Research Association, Mafatlal Group, Milton Roy, USA before joining Advanced Graphic Systems. He now heads the colour business at AGS. He is also a visiting professor at UICT (formerly UDCT), VJTI, SNDT and DKTE (Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur) and teaches colour technology (its application in textile, paints / plastics). He is a co-guide for post –graduate and Ph.D. students in colour technology applications. He was awarded a Silver Medal by the Royal Society of Dyers & Colourists, UK for his contribution to ‘Advancement of Colour Science in India’.

He is also a Chartered Colourist and Fellow of the Society of Dyers & Colourists (FSDC). He was instrumental in establishing GretagMacbeth /AGS Colour Science Laboratory at UICT. He has published over 40 research, edited 6 books and co-authored 2 books on colour technology. His recent book 'Colour Technology : Tools, Techniques and Applications', a comprehensive reference book was released in September 2008.

He is an associated number of professional bodies and is the Chairman of Textile Association (India), Mumbai Unit. He was recently nominated as Trustee of the Society of Dyers & Colourists, India.

Mr. Sunil R. Udupa is a pioneer in the field of Self-Service Automation products. He has to his credit many 'Firsts' in the field of ATM including the installation of the country's first ATM and also the set-up of the country's first Shared Payment Network System (Swadhan).

He has been with the ATM Industry since last 20 years and has a wealth of experience in the arena of Self-Service Delivery Channels. He was also the President and CEO of HMA STARWARE Ltd., a company specializing in Retail Banking Software solutions. He is with AGS as President and CEO since 2004, to provide his leadership and share his experience.

Mr. S. Surendranath brings in his rich experience as a management consultant in International Banking & Business in Finance, Treasury Operations & Risk Management, Corporate Planning & Budgeting, MIS structuring, Implementing and Monitoring.

He is associated with several management forums and is also a visiting faculty to reputed management institutes in Mumbai on International Trade & Finance, Treasury Operations, Project Management, Security and Portfolio Management for MBA courses. In his long tenure of over 3 decades of professional career, he has been associated with companies covering varied industries including operations of their overseas wholly owned subsidiaries.

Mr. Bhupinder Rana has been at the helm of affairs since the inception of the Petroleum Division of AGS - providing automation solutions to Indian petroleum industry from April 2004. Under his leadership, AGS has risen to be among the top four companies providing a wide range of customised solutions for clients in Petroleum Retail & Distribution.

Before moving over to AGS, he held the position of Regional Director Systems & Technology at Unisys India. Mr. Rana began his career with Tata Unisys (Tata Infotech). His association of 12 years with Unisys witnessed important contributions to the company businesses in India and SARC. His 20 plus years experience in the Indian IT industry spans across projects with the Public Sector, Defence, Aerospace and Oil & Gas sectors. He has handled all facets of IT from Business Development to Services Delivery and Outsourcing to Program Management for large and complex IT project roll-outs. In addition to that, he brings with him a rich experience of forging and managing international alliances and JV's.

Mr. Surya Singh joined AGS from November 2007 as a Retail Business Head. Under his leadership, AGS has moved out from a box selling to a 'Solution provider' company by introducing unique, innovative products within a very short span. AGS Transact Technologies today is the most preferred retail IT solutions company in the Indian Retail Industry.

An engineer from Mumbai University, Mr. Surya began his career by selling Cryogenic equipment and moved to the retail industry when the organized retail industry in India started. Before moving over to AGS, he has worked with HCL Infosystems Ltd. as a Zonal Manager, where apart from Business Planning and Sales he was involved in the development of new technologies for the modern retailers. His experience also includes years with Bradma (then a Forbes company) in the Retail and Hospitality sector. He has over 16 years experience and is amongst the few professionals in India who has seen all phases of Indian retail market.
